Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Poker Esplanade Blue Mountains website, or by entering our physical poker venue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or enter the venue. These terms apply to all visitors, including poker players and restaurant guests.
Offline Poker Venue
Poker Esplanade Blue Mountains is a physical, offline poker venue with real poker tables, a dedicated Poker Room, and a Card Lounge. All poker is conducted face-to-face at physical poker tables. No online poker, remote poker, or digital poker tables are offered. The venue also includes a restaurant as a secondary dining experience.

Age and Entry
The venue is intended for adult visitors aged 21 and over. You must be at least 21 years old to enter the Poker Room, Card Lounge, or participate in any poker activities. Valid identification may be required upon entry. The restaurant area may have separate age policies.
Conduct at the Poker Tables
All visitors must behave respectfully and follow the instructions of venue staff. Poker players must adhere to the rules of the physical poker tables and the Poker Room.
- Disruptive, abusive, or illegal behaviour is prohibited.
- The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates these rules.
- No external food or beverages are allowed in the Poker Room.
